Starting from April, every Monday night, there will be an 'Open Mic Night' here at BACKSTAGE!!! Yes! a 'NIGHT' and a 'STAGE' especially dedicated to YOU and your friends.

For those who are interested in performing in our Open Mic Nights, you can now send a vocal demo of yourself to us at backstagelivehouse@gmail.com. Demos will be reviewed by our local musician partners such as Jone Chui, Vicky Fung, Harry Ng, Pong Nan, Peter Kam etc...and their most favorite demo vocalists will be invited to perform a session in one of our 'Open Mic Nights'.

Details are as follows:

1.Everyone who wish to have the opprotunity to perform on the stage is welcome.
2.All performance has to be music-related (i.e. singing, playing musical instruments, human beatbox…etc) No kung-fu!!
3.Anyone who wants to perform on the open mic nights has to send us a demo or a web link of your performance for an audition. It does not have to be long, a 4-minute song is enough
4.Performers who pass the audition will become the performers on open mic nights. There will be 3 sets of performers per night and each will have 20mins of performing time.
5.All music has to be played  “Live” (no MMO), you can have your own musician, or we can assign professional musicians to play for you at your  needs, with the score or chord charts you provide.
6.Performers will have the opportunities to become a regular performer at Backstage.
7.With an entrance fee of $90 HKD (including one drink), your family and friends are welcome to come and support your performance on that night.
